1. The full name of ceramic lined steel pipe is Ceramic-lined steel composite pipe
 
2. Ceramic lined steel pipe is made by the  production process of high technology: self-propagation high-temperature synthesis. The pipe from inside to outside is made up respectively by three layers :corundum ceramic, transition layer, steel. Ceramic layer is above 2200 ºC high temperature to form dense alumina porcelain (AL2O3).and ceramic layer is combined firmly with steel pipe through transition layer. This pipe has great comprehensive performance such as  good abrasion resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical shock resistance and thermal shock resistance, good weldability etc. This pipe has great wear-resisting and corrosion resistance that conveying grain material, grinding, corrosive medium.
 
3. Ceramic lined steel pipe not only gives full play to steel pipe high strength, good toughness, impact resistance, good welding performance but also gives full play to corundum porcelain high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good heat resistance,and overcome the steel pipe low hardness, poor wear resistance and poor ceramic toughness. This pipe has great wear-resisting and corrosion resistance that conveying grain material, grinding, corrosive medium. It is widely applied in electric power, mining, steel, cement, chemical industries.and has models of straight pipe, elbow, elbow, tee, reducer. And also can produce Y-tube. The application result  is very ideal.It can substitute alloy pipe and cast iron.
 
4.1 Reference to GB8163-87 steel pipe specifications, material of 20 # steel.

4.2 Length of pipe according to the requirements of customers when it is more than 3 meters  it was made by welding method (flange or quick connection).

4.3 Ceramic layer thickness is usually 3-6 mm.

4.4 The rest of the specifications according to user requirements can be produced.
